I have been practicing since 1993.  I received my Licensed Professional Counselor license in July, 1996, and my Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy license in October, 1996.  Over the years, I have worked at a non-profit agency (YWCA in Monroe, La.), an in & outpatient psychiatric hospital (ETMC Behavioral Health Center, Tyler, TX), and a multi-specialty group practice (East Texas Mental Health Associates, Tyler, TX).  I have been in solo private practice since 2007.  These opportunities have given me a variety of experience & training working with all types of issues, populations, and cultures.   Below is some additional information.  Please email me at awmcounseling@gmail.com or call my office at (903) 939-2287 with any questions.  I do not have a secretary so when I am with someone or out of the office, all calls go directly to a confidential voicemail so please leave a message if necessary and I will call you back as soon as I am able.
